Hello

I have purchased your product, designed a page about 2 months ago -the client finally decided to go ahead with it -and now, when i open the app, the page is GONE. There's nothing left, the files that were in my folders on my desctop are gone, and so is all my work.The page isn't available on my online profile either. It's just gone -i have zero projects now.

I have NOT deleted anything, nor made new pages.

Is there a way to retvrieve the page or should I just look for an app that does its work and doesnt just purge everything i do on my PURCHASED PRODUCT

Excuse the tone, but I've just lost 2 whole days of work, and I cannot risk to re-do all of the work, so it can be deleted, AGAIN, at this programs convenience

Look in your Preferences, and look which Project folder it's pointing to.
It's usually Documents\Nicepage.
What's inside that folder? Usually Site_###### folders.
Did you move any documents folders?
You said that desktop folders are no longer there. The program doesn't move or delete anything.
Did you save the project file if you exported anything in the past?

Could you, please, check under Preferences, what Project folder is it pointing to? By default, it's C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Nicepage
Do you see the project folders in that location? Find the Bicepage_numbers folders on your computer and paste them in the location that you see in the Profile >> Preferences >> Project Folder.
