Submenus Stay Open After Changing Hamburger Panel Settings

My question may have been buried here:

After changing Hamburger Menus settings to Menu >> Hamburger Panel >> Submenu Level >> With Reload on non-Hamburger views (PC & Laptop) when selecting the top menu the sub menu drop down appears but doesn’t go away no matter where on the page is clicked. It even stays open when you select and go to one of the subpages.

When I change it back from >> With Reload to >>On Click the submenus work as they should.

Same here!
Since the "Off-Canvas Submenu With Reloading"-option, the drop down menu in the normal drop down navigation-menu is always open. Please fix this bug. Thx!

It doesn’t appear to be limited to only when using Off-Canvas.

dave269, please update the Desktop app to the most recent 3.18.2 version https://nicepage.com/User/app/downloads and check again.
If you need further assistance, please create a private case, provide the Nicepage Desktop website exported as a Project, and a few screenshots with the problem.

Hi,

Please open your project in the Desktop app updated to the most recent version, check how the option works in the Browser preview
If everything is ok, just export the project and upload it to the site again.
