Links to open url on other page dont work, or download file

Hi,

in the menu i have a a submenu to open a url in other page, new window when i uplod to rhe domain opens the page on the same site, even if i configure on ncicepage under WP.

If i upload a file to cretate a dowload, i got error aperes #name_of_the_ file but dont start the download, i have to put the correct file paht on wp by hand...

Please provide us some screenshots and specify as 1-2-3 which issues do you have currently.

Is it in WordPress or Desktop App?

Please note that the option of editing pages and themes in WordPress is available only in the premium plan.

On desktop app i creat a sub menu tha goes directly to open a pdf file (imag1)

On the WP don work and if i edit the page é get the image 2 i have to put the correct url paht for the file on wp folder.

The open in new window dont work too

Hi,

Looks like the path to the PDF file in the menu is incorrect indeed, you need to change it to the right one (that can be found under the Media tab in your site). I will ask our developers about this problem.
