smoothing the accordion

Thank you very much for the accordion feature this is a big step forward for NP Users. Sometimes, in case of more than 5 or 6 tabs it is difficult to hold the orientation on what tab to be focused on. I think it is caused by the immediate open and close of the tabs. A smooth open and close animation would definitely helping to keep the overview. I would like to encourage you to put this on the wishlist. Thanks for your work and greetings from Bavaria

Some time has passed, I would be interested to know if there is any news regarding an upgrade for the Accordion.
A little extra option to delay the accordion rolling up a bit would be really great.
Just like a real accordion doesn't just pop open, but is wound up slowly...

If you are not ready with the smooth transaction yet, I kindly ask if it is possible to have a CSS that allows to focus the tab opened at the beginning of the page, so as not to lose sight of it?
