Is there any way yo include a quiz in a page? (radio buttons, select option, check result)

Nicepage doesn't support quiz form/pages yet. If you wish to add it to your website, you can use HTML or PHP elements with coding.
As an option that will make the process easier, you can use the Nicepage plugin together with form/quiz makers plugins in WordPress.
