To Whom It May Concern:

I require immediate assistance with my WordPress website.

Mislead by a Web Developer using NicePage.

Where to receive my "Pro License and Plugin information?"
Unable to SAVE any edits within my Wordpress Admin which makes NO SENSE, why?

Oddly, I don't see my Pro License NicePage plugin installed, but somehow NicePage editor is showing within my Wordpress admin.

Please assist with a callback, or response today, so I may begin to mitigate damages.

Hello Ann,

Oddly, I don't see my Pro License NicePage plugin installed, but somehow NicePage editor is showing within my Wordpress admin.

As you mentioned, your web developer is using Nicepage, thus why the plugin is installed. The web developer is using a Nicepage theme, and he installed the plugin either manually or automatically in the process of importing a Nicepage theme.

Where to receive my "Pro License and Plugin information?"

If your web developer has a Nicepage Pro or Ultimate license, he can assign an additional license to you.
This can be done in 2 ways:
1. By adding the email you've used to register in Nicepage in My profile > Licenses > Add User Email
2. By adding your domain the same way in My profile > Licenses > Add Domain.

When the setup is done, you'll be able to edit your site using the Nicepage WordPress plugin. You can read more info here: https://nicepage.com/doc/25536/client-licenses
