Does is the issue happen only with images? After your monitor goes black, how did you solve it?
As we can see, your updates are expired recently on February 17. Otherwise, we would advise you to update the current version.
Please provide a mobile recorded video to solve the problem.

I have updated my account as you will see.
I didnt solve the problem of the monitor going black it just comes back after momentarily going off. I thought it might be solved once I updated my account. But it hasnt. I cant take a video as it doesnt happen all the time and I ahve no diea when it will do it. It seems to happen when I go to choose an image and click on image icon to do so.
MOre importantly is that a second issue has now occurred. I am trying to change the font and it wont let me do it.defaulting back to what is there. So I went to themes and tried to alter fonts there. Amazingly when I choose a font it selects the one above HUH?? IT seems to have started this latter issue when I downloaded the last update I checked with Word to see if it happens in there adn no thats fine..so it is a Nicepage issue!! Needs solving immediately :( :(

This is quite strange. Do you have a stable internet connection? Also try to switch off your antivirus applications and anything else that may be blocking internet access for Nicepage process.
As for the fonts problem, you have created a separate topic and we'll continue the discussion in that one.

Yes we have a stable connection as it is direct fibre to the home at 300mbs
ITs not happened previously.... and has only just started since last couple of updates from Nicepage .It does seem to occur only when I go to click on image icon to change it
Just a thought.
Update your graphic card drivers and reboot?
