I'm using a Mac. Also when I export a website to HTML as a folder and leave the 'include project file' ticked, the resultant project zip file has a zero file size.

This is what I get when trying to export a project - see attached images :-Hi,
Does the issue happen with a new website?
If so then it could be something related to the network/antivirus or permissions. Please make sure that the directory in the path has read/write permissions. I suggest that you also try a different directory or even desktop.
If the issue happens with the specific project please create a new private topic and attach it to the support topic. Nicepage projects are located in the \Documents\Nicepage directory

I have had the same error, had a project that I had been working on for a while, and suddenly I could not save as a project. Could save as HTML, or Wordpress just not as a project. I made a new website and copied all the sections from the old site to the new site and the new site would save as a project just fine, just not sure what was different in the original project.
If it happens again, I will try to zip up the nice page folder and send in for analysis.

Zero file size of project.zip! How is this possible? See attached screenshot.
I changed the project folder, I changed the HD-drive, checked the read/write permissons, all ok, still the same error.
I'm not using a Mac, I'm using Windows 10 Professional 64bit. But I get EXACTLY the same pictures as posted by adrian!

Please create a private support topic, zip the entire "C:\Users[username]\Documents\Nicepage" directory and attach it to your topic.
If file it to big, please upload it to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc and send us the link.
