Hi,

Please open the project folder, should be located here if you haven't changed the path:

C:\Users\*username*\Documents\Nicepage

Find you project, zip it and attach to the ticket for the investigation.

I'm using a Mac. Also when I export a website to HTML as a folder and leave the 'include project file' ticked, the resultant project zip file has a zero file size.

Hi,

Does the issue happen with a new website?
If so then it could be something related to the network/antivirus or permissions. Please make sure that the directory in the path has read/write permissions. I suggest that you also try a different directory or even desktop.
If the issue happens with the specific project please create a new private topic and attach it to the support topic. Nicepage projects are located in the \Documents\Nicepage directory

I have had the same error, had a project that I had been working on for a while, and suddenly I could not save as a project. Could save as HTML, or Wordpress just not as a project. I made a new website and copied all the sections from the old site to the new site and the new site would save as a project just fine, just not sure what was different in the original project.

If it happens again, I will try to zip up the nice page folder and send in for analysis.

I've got the same problem as adrian .....when I export a website to HTML as a folder and leave the 'include project file' ticked, the resultant project zip file has a zero file size.
Zero file size of project.zip! How is this possible? See attached screenshot.

I changed the project folder, I changed the HD-drive, checked the read/write permissons, all ok, still the same error.

I'm not using a Mac, I'm using Windows 10 Professional 64bit. But I get EXACTLY the same pictures as posted by adrian!

Hello,

Please create a private support topic, zip the entire "C:\Users[username]\Documents\Nicepage" directory and attach it to your topic.

If file it to big, please upload it to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc and send us the link.

Hello,

If you are using Nicepage online you able only to export into HTML or project.

If your license allows you, to export for WordPress:
Please import your website into the Nicepage Desktop as a project and from Desktop you will be able to export your website for WordPress.
