eyedropper color picker

If you have the Personal plan, it changed the licensing regarding the colors, I believe in version 2.28.
It's limited now.

I have the pro edition ver 3.7.1 so did I get left out all alone in the cold?

I see another update came today. The eye dropper functionality is seemingly working a bit now, but the deceptive thing is that the eyedropper tool is not showing up. still regular cursor as I move around colors on page.
There used to be the actual eyedropper tool showing there. But I guess it's better than nothing.
