Project Will Not Load Particular Page

Hello NicePage Team -

I have run into a major issue with a project of mine. I just downloaded the recent desktop version of the program, and now I am unable to open a particular page in my project. I am unable to attach my project for you to see because there is a file size limit when uploading onto the forum. When I choose to load the page in question, I receive the following error message: "An error occurred. Please reload Nicepage." I click "ok" and it begins to reload, but then the error message repeats itself and I am unable to exit NicePage without a hard close. Immediate help would be appreciated as this is a timely project.

Hi,

As I asked, Suntelia and bagbros1 have already created the private cases and provided Desktop projects. We have investigated this issue, it appeared in the latest Desktop 3.7.1 version released yesterday. Our developers have already fixed it and the fix is available in 3.7.2 version.

I have already mentioned, the causes for this issue with pages are numerous. We will be glad to investigate the issue you have. For this, please create a private case, provide your Desktop project and specify the problem pages.

Is it fixed on my last version 3.3.3? I have been told in the forums that bugs that predate my subscription ending would be fixed but it seems you guys just lied to me - how can I update when my subscription expired?

I also have this problem with one of my projects - it was working perfectly and now "unable to load page", just keeps coming up with the error. But I'm not surprised because Nicepage has endless bugs. The very frustrating thing is you pay for 1 year and you don't get updates when they do fix bugs because instead of fixing all the bugs they add new elements which have new bugs and the cycle continues. I've decided to just wait until the bugs I have reported 3 months ago are fixed and then I will get pro version again. I refuse now to pay for more bugs until they fix the ones I already reported.

Ok i am having the same problem -Cant update my clients websites
Please advise this seems like its todays update thats causing the problem.

I agree, I was not having this issue until I updated the desktop version.
