Hi,

If you want to use the desktop application, then you have the exported site that you then should upload to your own hosting.
If you use the online editor on niceage.com, then you will be using our hosting.

These are two different options, the first one will require the desktop license:
https://nicepage.com/premium

And the second one requires the hosting subscription:
https://nicepage.com/hosting
