Why am I getting locked out of design?

I'm new to Nicepage, and purchased Pro Edition license. I've been designing for a couple days, and now am getting a popup saying that I need to now buy an Online Builder and Hosting subscription to continue designing. What's going on?

As we can see, you have 2 licenses Pro Edition and Hosting Pro.

Could you please provide a screenshot that says you need an upgrade?
