on online builder i cant manage/edit posts, do anyone know why?
and why i cant see archives/pagination of blog posts on home page in desktop and online version?

Could you please explain your question in more detail. Exactly what result you want to achieve?
Nicepage does not provide statuses for Posts. Therefore there is no option to archive posts as you can do in CMS.
