Bug exporting to Joomla

Report a bug

I was able to successfully export to joomla, the content and extensions however I have two problems that I don't know how to fix, the export did not correctly exported the footer the footer is there but is empty, there is nothing there. If I go to edit the page it shows but in joomla is empty. Footer is not usable it does not contain any information I entered..

Please tell me how to fix this bug, or workaround as soon as possible. I love the software but it has many bugs.

We failed to reproduce the issue on our side.

jozel, please create a private case and provide temporary access to the CMS admin panel and your Desktop project.

Daniel, I have answered in your private case. Please also provide your credentials, we will investigate this issue.
