Please I have desktop version nicepage with subscription on pro , but after I exported the file i realized the add button does not count from shopping cart please kindly tell me the reason

Please provide more details about the issue. Is the Joomla website with VirtueMart shop or a WordPress website with Woocommerce shop? Is it a Nicepage page with the Product List control or a page created by the CMS shop extension?
If possible, please provide a link to the problem page.
