Excluding pages from website navigation menu for html sites

Is it possible to create pages/sub-pages and hide them from the website menu?
For instance, a "Thank You" page for users to land on after making a donation. This does not need to be seen on the menu, but does need to be a part of the website structure.
If so, please explain how to do this.

Create the page you want, and then go to the menu and delete the menu item pointing to it.
