I will have everything set up perfectly. Go though the viewpoints to make the adjustments. And then when I "re-review" once more before I publish, I find that an object or two in another viewpoint moved.

It's typically best to work from left to right (desktop to phone portrait mode).
Problems can still come up.
If you think everything is good, export the project file somewhere safe.
Check your work, saving as you go.
Reset the block if you have to and make further adjustments.
