Images and tabs not working when page are converted in PHP

After HTML export, I convert my pages in PHP to include database results.
Can you explain why after page conversion, none of the images are displayed?
Also TABS design does not work, all tabs are displayed at the opening.

I doing my design with WAMPserver and PHP 7.3.
