Sorry for the slow response! I ended up using Themler to take care of the header and the footer and started using Nicepage for just the design of the pages.

If I find time, I may eventually add a working server where I can show the issue, but right now I've been really busy.

Though, I don't think I did anything special to get those results. I originally built the entire site in the Nicepage app and was planning on using just that for the theme and page content. I think if you just use the app and add a border around the menu item, that's what caused the issue.

It looks correct in Nicepage, but doesn't in Chrome.

I have failed to reproduce the issue on my end with the Chrome browser. So if you get this situation again in the future, please let us know.
