Hey Pavel

I already have a hosting service, I create websites for people and some of them wanted me to use this software to design their sites so I wanted to know the heads up. Which will allow me to stay up to date with plugins and themes and such?

In this case, we recommend Designer App Pack with free updates for one year. Once the license expires, you can stay with the latest Nicepage update released within the year of free updates or renew the license with a discount.
You will always be able to stay up to date with all updates via our documentation in the "Release Notes" section.

It means that those Page and Block designs which are released within one year of the Free Updates are available for you to use.
