formating issue

I have created a web site using nice page. I re-designed the first page and I went through the different devices and formatted the page for each device. when I preview them they look fine. I exported the project (HTML) and posted to my test server (Apache2). when I view the page (using Chrome) it only shows the page formatted for the mobile phone. I am using a HP 15" laptop, I also had someone using a chrome book view it and they got the same format. What is going on? How do I correct this and prevent it from happening in the future?

Is it possible to send us the link for your website to check the responsiveness on our side? Additional screenshots will be a huge help to us.

In the meantime, we Reset Responsiveness for all devices and set it up again for your project.

Tried to watch on different devices your project, it looks fine.
Check the attached project.

thank you my issue was with the server cache not updating the page/css. Problem resolved. thank you.
