I reformatted my hard drive had all my files saved now I wish to upload a zip file, but do not know which one they are as they have been saved by number instead of file name like cleaninglondon.zip

When exporting themes and pages as a zip file, you can write the file name so you can recognize them later. See screenshot below.

They were only exported by Nicepage default number names, and not by site name

Do you mean that you have folders with the name lie Site_numbers? That is the default name for the internal projects saved by Nicepage application. They are for the application and you need to place them in the folder that is specified in your application Profile >> Preferences >> Project Folder. Then you should be able to see your projects in the application dashboard.
