My website is problems

Looks fine to me unless I'm missing something.
Press Control + F5 to refresh the browser cache.
Otherwise, include some screenshots of the preview, and the error.

The website only looks correct when logged in with incognito mode. But even if I do ctrl + f5, I can't fix it in any way. The logos appear to be large and the text shifted.

I solved the problem. When I enter as dsyapi.com, it looks incorrect, the pictures look shifted, but when I enter as www.dsyapi.com, the problem disappears.
But will this be a problem for visitors?
