Same problem here, may be it's a bug of Nicepage, using WP 5.6.1 + Nicepage 3.5.3. Problem still have after updating Nicepage to 3.6.0. Dear Nicepage team kindly solve the issue asap. I also open a private ticket already.

speedlifeoffice. Do you have an autosave option enabled? if so, please disable it and try to add and save changes again. Does the issue continue?
