I think you are referring to a grid. You can select what grids don't show on mobile screens easily enough. Not one containing a menu though. It will create another menu element and it isn't worth the effort to keep them both in sync.

Thanks for the quick reply, I would like to show both, for example in desktop viw there is text then an image, but on the mobile I want the other way around , I am sure it can be achieved with css but it would be a cool option to have, I come from another page builder that has this option and is the one thing that saved me lots of time.

+1 for reverse "column" order in mobile view.

There is no way to control the grid reorder on the responsive views.
But please provide a screenshot showing what you are trying to achieve.
