I have upgraded to Nicepage Hosting Business and i am still not allowed to import a project? How can I transfer project then?

I have upgraded to Nicepage Hosting Business and i am still not allowed to import a project? How can I transfer project then?
Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

You can import only those projects that were created in Nicepage. If you're importing Nicepage Project, please clarify what message do you see while importing?

Make sure you are logged in.
Maybe log out and back in.
