Ask a Question

I cannot tell when this started. I am getting an "Leave site? Changes you made may not be saved." Although things did publish properly. Although a couple of times changes were lost. I am using the absolute latest plugin 3.5.3 with new updated template from the same plug in. I will note that I am running Wordpress 5.6.1. Steps taken
Clared all cache
cleared browser cache
used browser in incognito
rebooted
updated windows.
reinstalled theme, plugin

Hi,

SPUnnF, we are very sorry that you encountered such difficulties using Nicepage.
But your problem with broken pages is completely different from what is described in this topic.
I assume you are editing pages using different content builders. Am I right?

I have answered in your other topic, please check it, we will try to help you with this problem.

No. As I explained, I have 100% fresh WP installation which only has Nicepage plugin installed, so there is no possibility for plugin conflicts. I was just mentioning the other editors as I've used them in dozens of other websites without having this crucial issues ever.

So basicly empty WP 5.7.2. with Nicepage 3.15.3., nothing else. And this happened to the very first page I was building, which sadly was a huge page and took some time and effort. And now it's gone.

But no need to resolve this any further, I'll just use other builders as I have strict deadlines and can't deal with issues like this.

SPUnnF, sorry to hear that.

This can also be a server-side issue.
In any case, we would be glad to help you solve this problem but for this, we need to investigate the issue on your site.
If you change your mind/decision, please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,
Susanna I.
