Ask a Question

I'm using a mac with Parallels. When I click to preview a site in Firefox or Chrome my computer opens Parallels then Windows, then wants me to OK the string I have pasted to the bottom. I have Firefox and Chrome on my Mac side, and that's where I want to preview nicepage. I do not what to open Windows to preview sites. What do I need to do?

I do however see that preview in Safari works fine on the Mac side, so I can do that instead of previewing on the Windows side, so this is not a big problem. But if there is a solution to this I would like to know what it is. Thank you.

You need to enable Global Sharing to access file "/private/var/folders/k9/pf2krw5915dc758ddcyq_2k80000gn/T/Nicepage/chrome/index.html" from guest OS.

Hi Randy,

Looks like it is set in your computer settings to use Parallels for the .html files. Please check that in the defaults for applications opening.
