Do I understand correctly - I can put the desktop version on my three computers and move between them and work sequentially, the only problem is that the projects will not syncronize. The program itself will work without problems in this mode, do I understand everything correctly?

You would need to export the project and move it to the other system to work on it.

Correct. Projects don't synchronize between different devices, but each project is saved locally on your PC\laptop.
