You need to install it as the theme. Use the Appearance >> Themes >> Add New option. Let us know if you have issues about that.

1. had a similar issues. I installed as a theme but i only saw a blank template, all my designs were missing
2. tried to import via the nicepage plugin import but i cant seem to find where the files went. it only says import complete
   3.the nicepage plugin settings shows a blank screen, nothing to set

Tried to upload the nicepage app on client licensed website.
Uploaded it as theme and get the following errors;

Installing Theme from uploaded file: wordpress_nicepage_plugin-1.0.214.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.

Hi Ronald,

According to the file name from your message you are trying to upload the plug-in through the theme upload option. The plug-in should be uploaded through the Plugin tab. And if you export the theme and content, then use the Theme upload option in WP and after that there will appear the notice on the top suggesting you to install the plug-in.

It gets an error with you do the Joomla installation also,
