Hi!

I have the free plan (1 website - 2 pages) and when a try to export the HTML it says I need a premium plan, but regarding your plans I have all what you require for a free one. What am I doing wrong?

Hi admin5092,

Thanks for using Nicepage!

Please make sure that you acting in the right sequence:

  • In order to export your HTML site, go to the Nicepage Desktop
    Dashboard >> select the website >> click "Export".
  • After you click on the "Export" button, a dialogue box will appear
    and there you’ll have to choose the name for your website archive,
    Path to save and then click the "Export" button

If it's the desktop version, press the Export button twice.
If it's the free online version, you can't export.

And there's no way to move it from the online to the desktop?
