a) does nicepage allow imports of already existing websites
No.
b) what website formats are supported, what information do I exactly need to ask from the client
Nicepage can work only with its projects, and pages built on Nicepage in CMS. However, we do not yet have the export from CMS to Nicepage. You can export only for WordPress and Joomla from the Nicepage applications.
c) how does the procedure of importing an existing website work step by step (maybe there is a tutorial on this)
There is no parsing of any existing websites. You will have to recreate sites, and with Nicepage, it is not that hard with most designs.
d) what is the easiest option to work with websites that have different languages (switching between them in the top left corner)
For example, you can create a site, then clone all its pages, translate, add two buttons linked to 2 different home pages.
