My website is done but when I view it on certain devices it is really glitched out.
For example, if I view it on my one phone the structure is messed up whereas on mine and others phones its fine.
Please tell me why this is happening.

OK, we have found that the page has hidden section with the issue.
You can try to replace the Group with lists with 2-columns Grid to avoid it.
in such case second column will be automatically move under the first in small devices.
But if you still want to have two columns in small devices, you may try to List / Repeater element.
It has column option which can have different values in responsive modes.
But in this case you will need to place third list starting from "Spend Over £100+ for..." under the list, or merge it with the list in second column, but without a line.
