My website is done but when I view it on certain devices it is really glitched out.
For example, if I view it on my one phone the structure is messed up whereas on mine and others phones its fine.
Please tell me why this is happening.

Unfortunately, the screenshots are quite small and it is difficult to understand something. But I see the issue with text overlapping here:

I've checked your website in Chrome and Firefox for Android on my phone and it looks ok.
If the issue happens on one specific phone/browser, this could be related to the browser version or it is something browser-specific.
