Changing color header background for each page

I would like change the color background of the header according with different pages. Ex. on my home page transparent background, on chapter 1: background header color: green, chapter 2: background header color: orange....

and same question with image as hear, I would also get the possibilities to put different background image in header for each chapter, so get the choise between color background of image as background, different according chatpers.

Is it possible?
