sitewide animated header and sitewide sidebars

hi there I am trying to implement a sitewide animated header for a private wordpress theme I am currently working on. I can provide files to show you what I am trying to implement. but I just cannot figure out how to replicate it. I would also like to make sitewide sidebars archive links discord server invite and other random info.

I have provided files for what I want to accomplish just download extract and open the index.html file.

Hi,

If possible, please provide a few screenshots that demonstrate exactly what you want to implement.
In general, Nicepage provides the Sidebar future for the Post and Blog Templates. The Sidebar includes a Widget area where you can add any desired WordPress widget.
