You are talking about the Desktop application? The Personal license for the Designer App Pack includes the option to have 5 projects at the same time in the dashboard of the desktop application. Also you get the WP Nicepage plug-in that you can install on as many sites as you wish. Hosting is not included in the Designer App Pack, you need to host your sites somewhere else.
