Block Nicepage for other users / Joomla

Hello!
I have a website where some other editors must edit normal blogs. I must completely hide nicepage to them.
How can I manage it, that the menu NICEPAGE will not shown to some users and also how can I hide the button "TURN TO NICEPAGE", who is shown over the editor, from them?
System: Joomla 3.x

Hiding or White Labeling is available only for the Ultimate License. You can upgrade by paying the difference.
