Report a bug

Hello Dear Nicepage
I wanna insert audio track into my testing Nicepage site. I copy the html code manualy but I don't know where to add the .mp3 file.
When I test the audio inserted in chrome or safari or on the net nothing plays or comes out.
Please where must I put file mp3 file so that your audio interface code can recognize it please?
Best Regards

Hi,

Probably your code includes the link to the mp3 file, you need to load your file to some hosting and use the full link to that file in the code.

Hello ABRAHAM,

As an example, you could upload your mp3 file to youtube and use the full copied youtube link for your HTML code.
Or any other hosting that you are comfortable with.

The stupidity of this oversight just gets worse and worse. So, you can use a default player or external code but Nicepage users don't have access within the app to folders or a html tree, cannot upload audio to the "Media" folder, etc. Thus, if self hosting, one needs to manually upload them to the domain backend and manually note the location of the media to then insert back into Nicepage...

Not difficult but highly inconvenient and an indicative of rather careless development and, as evidenced by the multitude of posts regarding the issue, lack of responsiveness to the user base to correct what is a rather large oversight.
