I wanted to add a circle image to my header, but it comes in as a rectangle, even if I insert a rounded image but it still comes in as a rectangle

Are you using jpg?
If you save the image as png, it might work if it has no background outside the circle.

I understand, but sometimes, circles that are jpg files have issues with transparencies around the circle and fill them in when they are displayed.
That doesn't happen when the file is a png, since it can handle transparency better than jpg files.
That's something you can try until the real support comes in the morning.

Hi Tony,

Please provide your project and your image. But I assume that the issue is indeed in the image file format. The JPEG files do not have a transparency option so actually the file shape is a rectangle with a white background. You need to use the PNG file format with the real transparent background so the image in the header will have transparency.
You can use some online tools to adjust your image:
