Hello support,

i've got some websites which were made with the Nicepage White Label Plugin in Wordpress but have been fully designed in the browser inside Wordpress, not the Nicepage Desktop App. How can I update the plugin to fix the buggy animations without loosing the full theme?

Hi Oliver,

The white-labeled plug-in can be only updated by exporting the plug-in from the updated desktop application. So please update the desktop application, export the plug-in and install it on your site.

Hey Hella,

this is not the perfect solution to be honest. The White-Label plugin should be updateable within Joomla as well. I have about 40 customers with White-Labels and I don't want to update each plugin manually. For the update routines I use "YourSites" which can do the update all at once for other plugins. This should work for White-Label plugins as well, otherwise I have 40 times the same work to do.
