As correctly mentioned above, with the Personal Plan you can create 5 websites with an unlimited number of pages.
You can export it in WordPress or Joomla after the design is finished. Or you can install the plugin and do the design directly in WordPress. This is absolutely up to you.

And once the site is developed, will all those pages be live without any problem after the plan expires? or do we need to renew it every year?

For the Personal plan, 5 websites in total (if you delete one, you can design another instead) on the Dashboard of the Nicepage Desktop app (Online Builder - one website). You can publish one website from the Nicepage Desktop app or from the Online Builder.

After the updates expire, you need to renew the plan. Otherwise, the published website on the Nicepage hosting won't be shown.
