Icons are added using the SVG element and not the image tag so they do not require alt text.

The article says that it is recommended to include a title (not alt attribute) when svg icon has an image role. We do not have role attribute in our SVG icons.

if you read the first line:

"An element with an image or graphics role must have alternative text."

The way it's done is different than the alt attribute, but don't invalidade what as to be done.

how hard is to put a field so we can add the title and internal nicepage creates an element with that text associated with the svg?
