Blog post elements not avaible in desktop version

Good morning
I have a desktop versione but if i try to use blog post elements (post header, post image ecc) they are locked because avaibles only for desktop version(?).
Why?

Please add the Blog Posts element on your page first to be able to use elements of the post.
