Cost to export to HTML?

How come everywhere i read it says HTML export is free, but when i go to export it says i need premium?

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

If you are using the Windows desktop version, tap the Export button twice, even if it says you need a paid version.

Desktop, yes. I don't believe the online version is.
