The message on your screenshot is not the error message.
This message stated that the project is quite big and you may have problems with uploading your Project to the server due to possible limitations on your server.
That is, after pressing the OK button, you get a file with exported Theme with/without Content that you should try to install on your Joomla site. If your server limits allow you to install such a big file, then there is no problem.
