Can't login to the app at all

I have signed in to the website on chrome and IE and when I open the app for widows, literally nothing happens. I get the blue loading bar and that's it. Nothing I click on makes the app respond that I have signed into my account on the web. This is making this product not look very impressive so far, for such a simple task to not be functioning.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hi,

Could you please disable antivirus and firewall to allow Nicepage to contact our authentication server. Does the issue continue?
