Thanks for choosing Nicepage.
Please follow all instructions described in this tutorial: https://nicepage.com/doc/67768/export-and-update-of-wp-theme-from-app
Please check section Import of Theme Only:
- Switch to your WordPress Administration.
- Select Appearance -> Themes.

I think you choose Nicepage >> import content option and you need to open Appearance >> Themes >>Add new.
