Czech letters in URL name

You can label your pages differrently in the Link Settings dialog for the Menu.

Hello, yes I tried to put there diferent label for menu.

Page name is used for generating URL name of the page - and that is the problem. In Artisteer I could change URL name and have diferent Label for menu a title also.

In nicepage this isnť possible.
And change of the label doesn't work corectly.
See:
1) I change the label differnt from page name

2) I save the changes - Press Done in Link Settings dialog and than Done in Menu Items Dialog
3) And the page name - not label is used in menu :(
4) I have to edit menu item again and correct the mistake. Why?

Please add the setting for URL name diferent from page name. Thanks.

Hi Pavel,

Nicepage uses page Name (from Page tab) to generate the file name which is used for URL. Therefore, we recommend that you use Latin page names. Please note that you can set any Page Title under the Page Settings and the menu item title under the menu item settings.

Hi, your recommendation isn't usable for czech pages - Page Title is displayed on the browser tab. And it will be odd have the name of the page without diacritics :(.

Hi Pavel,

The browser tab displays Page Settings >> SEO >> Title. You can set it different than the Page name used to generate filename and page Url as the result.
