I think this is on my hosting site. If the cahce is cleared, then is pop's up. Is there a setting that I can use to have it pop up each time one visits the site? I've use www.freeprivacypolicy.com and cannot see any settings, but maybe this is due to it been a free service?

Yes, it does pop up on the 1st entry of the site. But as soon as you close the tab and go back into the site (fresh), then is does not appear again. So, my question is : Do I need to get another script (from a different provider), since it needs to be presented each time a user goes onto the site? Or is there a different way to ensure that the Cookie & Privacy pop-up gets activated each time a visitor goes onto the site?

The cookie confirmation appears once. It shouldn't bother you all the time.
